Realme Q3 series launch date confirmed, Q3 Pro renders and specs emerge
Realme confirmed today that it will be announcing the Realme Q3 series of smartphones on April 22 in China. Last year’s Realme Q2 series included three models as Realme Q2i, Realme Q2, and Realme Q2 Pro. This year’s lineup may at least include two models such as Realme Q3 and Realme Q3 Pro.
Apart from confirming the launch date of the Realme Q3 series, Realme China’s CMO shared a poster of the Realme Q3 Pro smartphone. The handset can be seen sporting a luminous fluorescent back with a shiny matte appeal.
The back also features a large-sized “Dare to Leap” branding on the back. Its top-left corner has a triple camera system with a 64-megpaixel primary camera and an LED flash. The Chinese manufacturer is yet to confirm the details of the smartphone.
The rear appearance of the phone suggests that it could be the Realme RMX2205 handset that was recently approved by the TENAA authority of China. The RMX2205 is expected to offer specs like a 6.43-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with an in-screen fingerprint reader, a 4,500mAh battery, and Android 11 OS.
Other reports have revealed that the display of the phone is expected to support a high refresh rate of up to 120Hz. It is speculated to arrive with support for 65W rapid charging and it sports a slim profile of 8.4mm.
The RMX2205 handset has also appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking platform (via). The listing reveals that it is powered by the Dimensity 1100 chipset and 8 GB of RAM. The other details of the smartphone are currently under wraps. In the single-core and multi-core tests of Geekbench, it scored 856 and 3538 points, respectively.
