B Ramakrishnan better known as Opos Ramki is a chef and restaurant owner based in Chennai which is known for its own attitude towards food, entrepreneurship and firm experiments. According to Ramki, the secret of the pressure stove for cooking flavourful food can be opened using the OPOS technique (one pot of one shot), which he promised, is the “cleanest, green, healthy, most delicious and fastest way to cook anything”.

The idea of OPOS started Fifteen years ago, when Ramki moved to Bahrain, like many homesick Indians abroad, he missed Indian food.
